Utilizing All Online Possibilities

Boer’s Transfer & Storage has been family owned and operated since 1929. That’s impressive. Keeping up with changes and staying ahead of the curve are priorities at Boer’s, which is why they have been in business so long. They know what it takes to succeed.

Boer’s existing website was not working for them. A gem when it was built, the site was dated and had lost its luster, making it more and more difficult to edit. The forms for moving quotes failed to work. Their logo and three of their services were not even mentioned online. Boer’s was becoming less and less Searchable, and receiving leads is a key component to the success of their business. Boer’s was not making the impression they wanted to make.

As we worked through their goals, I learned about their business and what was important to them. They wanted to modernize their website, integrate additional services, incorporate their company video, improve their social presence and utilize their new logo. With that in mind, Boer’s got the full treatment from Rumspeed: a modern website that is Search Engine Optimized with a Social Branding Package that extends their Online Presence.

Allegan General Hospital and the Allegan General Hospital Foundation are separate organizations with similar missions but dissimilar operating methods. Both entities seek to encourage wellness in their community, but in specific ways and with distinct funding sources.

The Foundation’s identity was absconded by the Hospital’s presence and within its website. In order to empower the Foundation to do its job more efficiently and successfully, it needed its own identity with further branding and an online presence. We created a separate site just for the AGH Foundation.

The Allegan General Hospital Foundation website focuses on areas of support and investment and includes the ability to donate online in the respective categories. We added a blog to publish Foundation news, which allows it to disseminate more relevant information to its target audience.

With its own online presence, the AGH Foundation maintains its unique identity while staying connected to Allegan General Hospital and their similar missions. A successful migration to the virtual world.

Two applications were developed to handle and expanding product line. The product management system allows GFS to enter products and even new product categories anytime they want. Recipes are managed with a separate and unique process that renders the screen differently then it prints. The beauty here is how products and recipes are tied together. With a click of a button from either screen, products and recipes can me associated in a one to many relationship.
